Sun Safety
The sun’s rays are particularly strong over the summer and they can damage children’s skin. This may not seem like a problem right now, but it can lead to skin cancer in later life.
Your child’s health and well-being are very important to us and your support is very important.
We ask you to:
- Talk to your child about the importance of sun protection at home.
- Send your child to school with a wide-brimmed hat.
- Apply a 12 hour sunscreen to your child before school so that they are protected from the sun all day.
