Pentecost Mass

This Pentecost Sunday – 28th May 2023 – we have the opportunity to take up the Pope’s challenge and “look to the whole” in a radical way.
This Pentecost Sunday, the parish will have one celebration of the Mass at the Congress Theatre in the centre of town, bringing together the various communities and different Mass groups which make up our parish, into one celebration of praise to Almighty God.
This is an exciting opportunity for us, as a parish community, to celebrate our unity together. Mass will begin at the Congress Theatre at 10:30am. Please wear something red to the celebration. Children are invited to join the choir on this day, as many voices as possible would be lovely to ensure this is a celebration to remember!
If you are worried about transport getting there, please contact the Parish Office and leave a message at your earliest convenience. Fr. Daniel is happy to provide a mini bus to bring people together.
While there is so much in our world which divides us, let us pray to the Holy Spirit, that our profound unity of identity and mission may transform the face of our parish.
NB – we advise arriving at the Congress Theatre at 10 am in order to be seated for the start of mass, there are no tickets required just yourselves!
